Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hi@copperculture.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns should be sent to the following locations :

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The items will need to be clearly labelled. 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hi@copperculture.com.au so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-engraved copper bottles

If you have questions about whether your specific item is eligible for return, please get in touch with us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original purchase and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hi@copperculture.com.au.
