Our online store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.

3. Products and Pricing

CopperCulture sells handcrafted copper water bottles, jugs, and related copperware products. We make every effort to display product colours and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will render colours exactly as they appear in person.

All prices are displayed in the applicable currency for your region (AUD for Australian customers, USD for United States customers) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. If we need to cancel or modify an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact details provided at the time of purchase.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. An order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks and is never stored by CopperCulture.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that, in our reasonable judgment, appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or where we suspect fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping

We ship to addresses within Australia and the United States. Orders are typically dispatched within one business day of being placed.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, and other factors outside our control. CopperCulture is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
